Sapele • Purpleheart
9" W at widest point × 12" L | 17" overall with handle | ½" thick
Some boards are meant to blend in. The Outpost definitely isn't one of them.
With its sweeping asymmetrical shape and striking combination of deep Purpleheart and warm Sapele, this board has personality from every angle. The natural contrast between the two hardwoods makes the design the star—no complicated pattern needed.
The Outpost offers a surprisingly generous serving area while keeping the slimmer profile we wanted for the Camper Collection. Load it up with cheeses and charcuterie for happy hour, carry appetizers outside to the picnic table, or put it to work prepping dinner before the campfire gets going. That distinctive curved edge also makes it just as much a serving piece as a cutting board.
Each board is hand-finished, treated with food-grade mineral oil and board wax, and finished with the JGB Woodworking logo laser-burned on the underside.
Because every board is handcrafted from natural hardwood, grain and color variations make each one unique.
JGB — Built to be used, made to be admired
